Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We treat the confidentiality of your data as a core obligation. We may share your information only in the following limited and defined circumstances:

  • Server logs: retained for up to 90 days for security monitoring and diagnostic purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
  • Correspondence: retained for up to two (2) years, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable law.

When personal data is no longer required for its original purpose and no legal obligation requires its continued retention, we will securely delete or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

08
